We understand that online purchases may not always meet your expectations. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a "No Fuss" Guarantee and maintain customer-friendly return and refund policies.

Scenarios for Returns, Refunds, or Replacements

1. Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

  • If the product you receive falls into any of the above categories, we will provide a replacement.

  • Steps to Initiate:

    1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with pictures of the received product.
    2. We will schedule a return pickup.
    3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • The exchange product will be delivered within 5-7days

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

2. Missing Items

  • If any items are missing, the missing parts will be sent after verification.

Returns Due to Preference or Mind Change

Didn't Like the Product / Quality / Size / Changed My Mind / Don't Need Anymore

  • As all products undergo rigorous quality checks, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance are normal, especially for handmade or artistic items.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, securely packed with all original materials (tags, labels, manuals, etc.).
  • Conditions:
    • Items showing signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer at their cost.
    • Any damage during return transit is the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method. For COD orders, bank details must be shared for refunds.
  • Refund Timeline: 5-7 working days (bank processing times may vary). COD charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Not allowed.
  • Beyond the Policy Cancellation:
    • 20% of the order value will be deducted for return shipping costs.
    • A 3% payment gateway/transaction fee applies for prepaid orders.

Custom Product Orders

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working day
